Jerry helped my wife and me sell our home as we were relocating for a job out of state. He was extremely attentive to our timelines and desires. Jerry even got married during the final weeks of selling our home and still made sure we were taken care of. At one point he even called us from Paris to answer some final questions and to check that everything was going well.
Jerry had an open house the first weekend our house was listed and we had 2 full overs. He even took gorgeous pictures of our home (which some realtors charge for) and made our home look very attractive. After 17 day contingency the buyer backed out at no fault to us or Jerry. Jerry kicked it into overdrive having multiple open houses, even on weekends when there my not have been much traffic. He also teamed up with other realtors to increase traffic to our home and worked with financial advisors in order to qualify people right on the spot at the open houses. Less than a week later we were back into contract.
Jerry was extremely professional and very knowledgable about the real-estate market. If you want someone who is going to out work any other realtor to sell your home or get you into the right home, then Jerry is your realtor!

Jerry helped me get my primary residency in Feb 2017. It was a great deal and I had a very pleasant experience with him. This year, my wife and I planned to invest in real estate in Stockton and we thought of Jerry straight away. I approached Jerry in Oct 2017 telling him our plan and he was so positive then setup a metro-list email for us so that we were able to receive relevant house selling leads.
My pre-approval letter finally came in March and we started our house hunting journey right away. We kept asking Jerry to show us the houses we were interested in, he had no hesitation but arranged the access for us immediately. We had seen a number of houses through Jerry but none of them fell into our criteria. In early May, we finally found one great deal but it had an open house on Sat/Sun which I was not able to make. I asked Jerry if we were able to take a look before the open house. He called the seller with no time and amazingly he was able to let us in one day before the open house -- Friday (We asked Jerry on Thu).
We went in the house and took a prior look. We fell in love of this one and made the offer immediately. Jerry gave us a few pieces of advice for the offer in order to have the higher chance to win in this competitive market: 1. Offer a little bit higher, 2. Offer 'as if' if I feel comfortable about the condition (as I am a maintenance guy for many years, I know this house is fine without contingency), 3. Make the offer before the open house to show our sincerity.
Everything seemed to have happened as Jerry predicted, our offer got accepted after the open house even there were some higher bids....our tactic won!
During the closing stage, there were a number of issues needing the seller to resolve before our lending underwriter released the fund. One of the things was the safety metal straps for the water heater. Before I offered to do it myself without charging the seller, Jerry had arranged his handyman to knock this out quickly. When I offered to pay the handyman or send some gifts, he said I don't have to worry as they have taken care of the handyman. I greatly appreciated his prompt action and his attitude to take good care of his customers all time.
By the time of closing, it was also his big day ahead. He worked so hard until the last moment to wrap up all documents and made sure his co-workers were able to follow up seamlessly before his departure to Europe for 3 weeks.
When the closing day came, I told Jerry not to worry about coming with me as it was already my second time to close. However, he insisted he needed to be present in order to answer any question or explain any unclear statements. I was lucky that both my Realtor Jerry and my lender showed up during the closing process. They joked each other 'I have never seen a real estate agent shows up in the closing' ...'I have also never seen a lender shows up in the closing either'! Hilarious!! Anyway, I am sure I have got a great team -- an awesome realtor and an great lender. Jerry has become my 2nd time hero! My wife and I couldn't have got this good deal without his help!

After sixty seven years in the family home, Mom passed away and it needed to be sold. Of course there were all sorts of issues that popped up and we had no idea how to deal with them. Hello everyone my name is TJ and today marks six months since I first moved into my home!Randy was my realtor and in my experience someone that really tried to go above and beyond when it came to my needs. If you are a first time home buyer you really need someone to be honest with you and someone that will have your back because dealing with so many moving parts in a transaction somethings are just bound to go wrong but during those times you need a realtor that will do everything they can to help make the process as smooth as possible. I will try not to go into too much detail but I will say that there were bumps in the road not due to Randy but due to things that will more than likely be unexpected to happen in many transactions but I will tell you this he handled it in the MOST professional way! And when I say it I mean all of IT! From the time that I stepped into his office to put in the offer to the time that he handed me my keys (which I cried) to my home which I love so much. Better yet there was an unexpected leak in the home that occurred about a month after I purchased the home. Unfortunately the repairs were not covered by my home warranty so Randy brought in his contractor to fix the leak free of charge and that was not something he absolutely had to do but he did it and I appreciate it because he wanted to make sure that I was comfortable in my new home and I haven't had any trouble since. I am very happy that he was able to get me in after having over seven offers on the table they picked me! I still pinch myself to make sure it's real and it is and I am very grateful and thank God that I decided to call him that Saturday to see this house that I'm now sitting in looking at the beautiful view. Anytime someone asks me who my realtor was or if I know any realtors I tell them to reach out to Randy Thomas.
